Seeking Front Desk Receptionist
Pawesome Pets Country Club is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are located at 3927 Circle Dr in Holmen, Wisconsin.
The business is open Mon–Fri from 6am–7pm and Sat–Sun for boarding drop-off and pick-up 6:30–8:00am; 12:00–1:30pm; 5:00–6:30pm; 9:00–10:30pm. We are open 365 days a year; never closed for holidays.
Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities:
- This position is very fast paced. You must be an excellent MULTI-TASKER; there can be 80 dogs leaving in a 2-hour period that you must check out, call for and collect payment for— while answering the phone, responding to emails, etc.
- Must have great customer service skills and know how to defuse a situation and how to communicate effectively via in person, over the phone, and email.
- The lobby must be kept clean and wiped down frequently, all products displayed appropriately.
- Must love dogs! (We also board other domesticated animals, including, but not limited to: cats, pigs, ferrets, birds, and bunnies).
- Care for the cats and other small animals in rooms near the lobby, including scooping litter and giving medication.
- If you are addicted to your phone, or call in sick frequently this is not the job for you!
- We pay for performance so if you are a hard worker who takes direction well, are quick on your feet and have initiative to make your job great, then this may be the job for you.
- We love to have fun and take our job of caring for peoples pets seriously. Safety and security are a priority while enjoying all we do. We are a team and communication is key in keeping the operations going.
Benefits:
Pay range: $9.00/hr–$10.00/hr

Seeking Club Crew Members
We are seeking Club Crew Members to join our team. We are located at 3927 Circle Dr in Holmen, Wisconsin.
We’re open Mon–Fri from 6am–7pm and Sat–Sun for boarding drop-off and pick-up 6:30–8:00am; 12:00–1:30pm; 5:00–6:30pm; 9:00–10:30pm. We are open 365 days a year; never closed for holidays.
Job responsibilities:
- Must love dogs! (We also board other domesticated pets, including, but not limited to cats, pigs, ferrets, and bunnies).
- Clean up pee, poop, vomit and other miscellaneous things caused by animals.
- Interact with the human and pet clients at drop off and pick up.
- Feed, water and potty all the pups in our boarding area.
- Interact with all breeds of dogs.
- Be calm and understand the power of positive energy.
- Lead pack walks inside our facility.
- Clean all equipment, toys, dishes, suites, floors, etc. Cleaning is a big part of what we do.
- Use common sense to solve problems as it relates to dogs in our care.
- Understand or learn about canine body language and how to make the dogs comfortable in meeting you and having you lead them into our facility.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, have great hand eye coordination, solid physical status.
- Dogs will jump on you, wrap the leash around your legs, etc. so you must not have any physical limitations or issues that could be aggravated by this type of work.

Seeking Assistant Manager
Seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. We are located at 3927 Circle Dr in Holmen, Wisconsin.
Our business is open Mon–Fri from 6am–7pm and Sat–Sun for boarding drop-off and pick-up 6:30–8:00am; 12:00–1:30pm; 5:00–6:30pm; 9:00–10:30pm. We are open 365 days a year; never closed for holidays.
Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure staff are following our standard operating procedures.
- Engage with our human and canine clientele.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities.
- Ensure that proper guidelines are followed for cleaning protocols.
- Filling in where needed in the facility.
- This is not a desk job; you will be on your feet for 5–7 hours a day.
Qualifications:
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Ideal candidate has worked in a service-based industry.
- Must enjoy the company of animals.
- Have the philosophy of leading by example.
Benefits:
Pay range: $18.00/hr–$22.00/hr
