Frequently Asked Questions

PAWESOME PETS COUNTRY CLUB

Facility Questions

Do you offer tours in person?

No, we do not provide in-person tours, as they can be unsettling for the dogs in our care. (Just like if your dog gets riled up when someone new comes to your home, the same happens here–but with ALL the dogs in our facility!) Because our job is to provide a safe and happy place for the dogs, we don’t like to stress them out with strangers coming into their play area. Our focus is on the dogs’ happiness. Please watch our virtual tour to check out our facility!

Do you have a referral program?

Yes! Refer a friend, and for every friend you refer to Pawesome Pets Country Club who books daycare or a boarding stay, your name will be entered into a drawing for a gift basket! THE MORE FRIENDS YOU REFER, THE MORE CHANCES YOU HAVE TO WIN! We’re giving away a new gift basket each month, so be sure to refer new friends each month. *Your friend must enter your first and last name in the “How did you hear about us?” field when they sign up and book their reservation online.

Do you have staff on site overnight?

No, we do not have staff on site overnight, as we want the dogs, cats, and small pets to settle down and get a good night’s sleep. Having staff overnight would cause the dogs to become restless if the staff were to actively check in on them. Instead, we have a security system that notifies us of any movement or activity in the main areas of the building, so if a dog ever got out of its enclosure, it would set off our alarm system and notify us immediately. We also have cameras so we can check in on them remotely overnight if we ever have concerns about an animal at our facility. We also have a smoke detection system that alerts as soon as any smoke is detected. Having all of these measures in place helps ensure that the animals have a safe and restful stay.

How do I Make a reservation? Do you have a booking app?

You can create an account or log in to our booking system here.

Here are quick links to download our booking app (Paw Partner) for your Apple or Android phone or tablet:

Are dogs put together in one big playgroup regardless of their size or energy level?

We have six different playgroups. We place dogs based on size and playstyle into appropriate playgroups, ranging from teeny-tinies, to tinies, smalls, and 3 groups of big dogs that differ based on energy level and playstyle. So every dog has a playgroup to match their size AND energy level, which helps keep every pup happy and safe. We really try to fit each dog into the best group based on not only their size and playstyle but also their personality traits.

What kind of enrichment activities do the dogs get in daycare?

Our enrichment-based daycare includes structured activities throughout the day to help your dog learn while they play. Activities include: group sits, group lay downs, follow the leader, high fives, walking with groups off-leash, door/gate manners, extra curricular activities (like bubble time, foam parties, ball pit days, obstacle course, themed days, and hula hoop day) just like you’d see at a children’s daycare, and much more.

Does my dog ever go in a kennel during daycare? And is there a nap time?

Dogs are not placed in kennels during daycare unless specifically requested by the pet parent (e.g., for younger pups or senior dogs who may need a break). There is no specific nap time in the daycare environment, although we encourage rest time from 1 to 3pm.
